Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, implementing behavior intervention plans and teaching communication, social, and daily living skills. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

You must be able to stand, move, lift up to 50 pounds, and obtain CPR/First Aid and TB tests. Pay ranges $19–$24 per hour; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and support skill development.
• Assist with daily living activities and safety during sessions.
