Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and a collaborative team environment. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; pay ranges from $18 to $25

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, team-oriented.
• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test if needed.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move in various positions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior plans using evidence-based techniques.
