Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized plans under a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training; no prior experience is required. You must be patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.

Qualifications

• Patience with children on the autism spectrum.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
