Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training and a supportive team environment. The role involves physical tasks, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing/walking as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Able to work well in a team and follow BCBA guidance.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
