Job summary

Centria Autism seeks compassionate Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA to implement individualized intervention plans and teach essential life skills.

Training is provided, and you will join a dedicated team focused on meaningful impact. The role requires physical stamina, comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds, and good teamwork in a busy setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist with lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds when needed.
