Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with kids, implementing behavior plans under a BCBA and using evidence-based methods to build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques
• Reduce interfering behaviors and track progress with BCBA guidance
• Collaborate with team to support each child’s goals
