Centria Healthcare is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training so you can contribute from day one, with physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Pay range is $18–$24 per hour, with an inclusive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifikationen

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
