Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

We offer comprehensive training; candidates must be patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team. The role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds. Pay range is $17–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills; reduce interfering behaviors.
