Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one, following BCBA guidance to teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

We provide comprehensive training; no experience required. Expect physical activity, standing/walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of daily duties, with a competitive pay range of $19-$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test within the last year.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Ensure safety and support; may lift and move children or objects up to 50 pounds.
• Collaborate with team to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
