Job summary

Centria Autism in United States is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

No experience required; we provide comprehensive training. You should be patient, compassionate, and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as clients move during sessions.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• RBT Certification required within 45 days of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
