Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to help children with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills. You will work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), applying evidence-based techniques in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Empathy and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient and able to work well in a team.
• Must be 18+ years old; High school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test (if not in last year).
• Pass background check and obtain RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Apply evidence-based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.
• Maintain safety and support for children and families.
