Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training and emphasize teamwork, patience, and compassion. The role involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with pay ranging from $18 to $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test required.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must obtain RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist with moving and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Receive comprehensive training to perform duties.
