Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with clients, following individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Training is provided, and you will join a dedicated team focused on meaningful impact. The role requires patience, teamwork, and comfort with mobility tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Candidate is passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient and compassionate, with ability to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age; high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist with safety and mobility needs and participate in a supportive team environment.
