Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

You will receive comprehensive training and become part of a dedicated team making a meaningful impact in our clients’ lives. The role involves standing, walking, and assisting children up to 50 pounds, with a pay range of $19–$24

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR/First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year)
• Pass background check
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence‑based techniques.
• Collaborate with a BCBA and team to support child progress.
