Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and helping develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to grow in the field of behavioral analysis. The role involves standing, walking, and light lifting, with pay range $18–$24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.) and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Reduce interfering behaviors
• Provide comprehensive training and support to families
