Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, implementing behavior plans and teaching communication, social and daily living skills.

No experience required; comprehensive training is provided. You must stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds, with CPR/First Aid and TB testing as needed. Pay range: $17–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age; high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Background check clearance and physical tasks ability.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under a BCBA to implement plans.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.
• Engage in activities requiring standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds.
