Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in a one-on-one setting. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA, teaching communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.

We provide comprehensive training and expect physical stamina to assist children who may move or be carried up to 50 pounds. Compensation ranges from $19 to $24 per hour, with opportunities to grow within the Centria

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year).
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, kneel, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
