Centria Healthcare is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, using proven techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and encourage a compassionate, patient, team-oriented approach. The role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, with a pay range of $18–24 per hour.

Competenze

• Candidates should be patient and compassionate and able to collaborate with others.
• Demonstrated interest in supporting children with autism.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications (CPR/First Aid) and TB test.

Mansioni

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans.
• Apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
