Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience required as training is provided; candidates should be patient and team-oriented, physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and ready to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test. Pay range is $20-$26 per hour.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion to support children with autism
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• 18+ years of age with a high school diploma or GED
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test required or obtainable

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student progress
