Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training so you can contribute from day one. The role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds; pay ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• A patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans under a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and monitor progress.
• Participate as part of a collaborative team and complete training.
