Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and teaching essential skills.

The ideal candidate is passionate, patient, and ready to provide support. Training will be provided, and physical stamina is essential as lifting and moving may be required. Join a dedicated team committed to changing lives for the better.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.
