Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician BT to work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years in a center-based setting. You’ll deliver ABA therapy under supervision, build skills through play, and track progress using ABA technology.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliability—showing up for schedule and completing tasks.
• Resilience and compassion, especially on tough days.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children 18 months to 6 years with autism in a center-based setting.
• Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under supervision by a BCBA.
• Build skills through play and supportive presence.
• Track progress and document sessions using ABA technology.
• Prepare for the RBT certification exam within 45 days.
