Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will learn ABA techniques to encourage skill acquisition and behavior modification.

The role offers a paid training program, opportunities for growth, and a supportive mentorship environment with potential travel across the U.S. through our programs.

Qualifications

• 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.
• Passion for working with neuro-divergent children.

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy, under the supervision of a supervising clinician.
• Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation supports the services rendered.
• Updates working availability in the EMR platform and communicates availability changes with their Client Advocate.
• Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor as it relates to assigned client(s).
• Complies with BACB ethics in relation to service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as required.
