Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support children on the autism spectrum using ABA principles. You will help implement individualized treatment plans, work 1:1 with clients, and document progress to track milestones.

No prior behavioral health experience is required as the company provides paid training to become an RBT. Competitive hourly compensation, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team environment are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ABA-based client sessions and document progress.
• Play and encourage learners, incorporating targets from individualized treatment plans.
• Promote development of essential skills and independence in daily activities.
