Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC seeks a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help develop communication, social and independence skills while receiving hands-on training from a BCBA.

The role is part-time with flexible afternoon/evening shifts, and requires a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping families. Training and supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; coursework in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to client homes is needed.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
