Behavioral Perspective (BPI) seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children, teens, and young adults with autism across clinics, client homes, schools, and community settings.

You will work with BCBA supervisors to support client goals, safety, and compassionate care, with opportunities for growth through our BT program. This role emphasizes consistency and real impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Clear criminal background check, sex offender registry check, and abuse/neglect registry check; MVR background check as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy sessions to clients with autism.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisors and managers to support client goals.
• Assist in behavior reduction strategies and skill acquisition in various settings.
• Work across multiple locations including clinics, client homes, schools, and community settings.
