Caravel Autism Health is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children on the autism spectrum. You will work in a centered, 1:1 setting, applying ABA-based targets and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 client sessions using ABA-based targets.
• Document progress and outcomes per individualized treatment plans.
• Support clients in developing communication and daily living skills.
