Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children with autism in Davenport, IA. This full-time role emphasizes ABA-based intervention, progress documentation, and promoting daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA-based behavior support under supervision.
• Assist and document client progress during 1:1 sessions.
• Contribute to skill development and independence facilitation.
• Participate in paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
