Caravel Autism Health is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician BT to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children 18 months to 6 years in a center-based setting. You will work under supervision, track progress, and help children learn through play while preparing for RBT certification within 45 days.

Competitive pay starts at $18–$20/hour with paid training to become an RBT; growth opportunities exist up to $24.50/hour. Comprehensive benefits are offered for full-time teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliability — showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks.
• Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days.
• Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services — experience with children is a plus.
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment — we'll prepare you.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, guided by individualized treatment plans.
• 1:1 work with children ages 18 months to 6 years in a center-based environment.
• Building skills through play, connection, and presence that helps a child feel safe enough to try.
• Tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology.
• Creating a safe, positive environment for every child you work with.
• Preparing for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days.
