Job summary

Lonestar Forklift is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee all branch operations in Austin, Texas. You will drive performance across Parts, Service, Sales, Rentals, and Training, manage the P&L, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction while aligning with Leavitt Industrial Group standards.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of management experience, strong financial acumen, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

Five+ years of management experience.
Strong financial literacy with budgeting experience.
Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
Proven leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring all departments align with company goals (Parts, Service, Sales, Rentals, Training).
Champion a strong performance culture balancing safety, service, and financial accountability.
Develop annual budget and branch P&L; review revenue, margins and expenses.
Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team.
Conduct regular coaching sessions and promote engagement and accountability.
Monitor KPIs across departments and take corrective action as needed.
Promote a customer-first culture and resolve escalations promptly.
Collaborate with regional managers to execute strategic initiatives and report progress.
Foster an inclusive workplace aligned with company values.
