Job summary

Lonestar Forklift, Inc. is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our Austin, Texas site. This on-site leadership role will oversee Parts, Service, Sales, Rentals and Training to maximize branch performance and customer satisfaction.

You will develop the annual budget, own the P&L, coach a multi-disciplinary team, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a strong safety and service culture.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of management experience.
• Strong financial literacy with budget and KPI responsibility.
• Proven leadership in a multi-department operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations across Parts, Service, Sales, Rentals, and Training.
• Develop and manage the branch budget and P&L.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Monitor KPI’s and take corrective actions.
• Promote customer-first culture and resolve escalations.
• Collaborate with regional managers to execute initiatives.
