Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, marketplaces, logistics, or a fast-moving, metrics-driven environment.
• Customer driven with trust in home services.
• 2–3 years of people management, including frontline managers or leads.
• Delivered measurable results in a complex operational setting.
• Organized systems mindset with root-cause analysis and process improvements.
• Owned projects from start to finish and solved hard problems.
• Clear communication with technicians, vendors, or members.
• Nimble and adaptable when plans change.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and own service delivery for Casa's Austin operation across handymen, concierge, and vendor partners.
• Plan and execute projects with minimal guidance, coordinating with stakeholders across the company.
• Build systems and dashboards to survey, track, and improve visit completion, on-time execution, quality, cost, handyman productivity, and homeowner satisfaction.
• Recruit, vet, and manage a local network of third-party vendors, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Own field response to incidents and coordinate with internal teams to make members whole under the Casa Pledge.
• Iterate to identify weaknesses and redesign processes for short- and long-term health.
• Ensure home access, credential handling, and safety standards are upheld.
