Job summary

Rosie in Austin seeks an operator who loves the field to launch and scale the city. You will recruit and interview Pros, run activations for families and Pros, onboard early users, and establish operations so every session fills. You’ll work with Rosie HQ to adapt Seattle playbooks to Austin’s unique needs.

Your first 90 days focus on getting Austin up and running, measuring activations, and building the foundation for rapid growth while coordinating with founders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, launches, recruiting, or field roles at a marketplace, staffing, or consumer services company.
• Experience running events, activations, or community-based outreach.
• Comfortable owning KPIs and reporting on them weekly.
• Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Onboard the first 100 Pros.
• Build Austin's Pro supply from zero: campus partnerships, groups, jobs boards, referrals, in-person recruiting events.
• Onboard and activate new Pros so they're ready to take sessions quickly and perform well.
• Stay close to Pros week over week: check in and address issues to build retention.
• Onboard the first 100 Families: recruit founding Austin families through outreach and local partnerships.
• Plan and host activations and events to get Rosie in front of families.
• Onboard new families in a personalized way to match them with the right Pros.
• Turn early families into advocates and build the referral engine.
• Balance supply and demand in real time and own weekly scorecards and reviews.
