Job summary

Atoms is hiring a Territory Restaurant Manager to own Austin restaurant supply, sign partners, and ensure on-time prep, proper packaging, and quality menus. You will work with a Bogotá-based team and lead across time zones, driving performance and strategic expansion for the Austin region.

You’ll need 5+ years in related operations, experience managing a team, and strong data skills. The role is onsite in Austin with a competitive base salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 managing a team.
• Background in restaurants, food delivery, marketplaces, hospitality, or supply-side operations.
• Experience owning a supply base or partner portfolio, spanning both acquisition and ongoing performance.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations: kitchen workflow, POS systems (Toast, Square, Clover), menu management, ticket flow.
• Comfortable with data: lateness reports, dashboards, and Google Sheets.
• Spanish is a plus given the team is based in Bogotá.

Responsibilities

• Selection: decide sources and ensure real options at different price tiers.
• Restaurant performance: own capacity, on-time prep, and launch health; diagnose issues.
• Menu quality: curate menus, photos, tags, descriptions, and pricing; fix defects.
• The team: collaborate with Bogotá-based teams; set SLAs and routing.
• Food-Obsessed Market Expert: know the region's brands and opportunities.
• Somehow-some-way mentality: find a path to signing even with obstacles.
• Data-Literate Operator: translate reports into actionable plans.
• Builder and Team Leader: lead across time zones and fix processes as needed.
