Qualifications

• 10+ years as Chief of Staff or COO to senior leadership in a financial services institution
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and ability to convey complex ideas concisely
• Proven track record building relationships, influencing decisions, and driving outcomes
• Strong time management and organizational skills in fast-paced environments
• Independent operator in ambiguous settings with sound judgment and execution focus
• Discretion and integrity handling sensitive, non-public information

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted adviser and project manager to Austin’s Office Leaders, preparing materials and briefing notes
• Support business strategy, operations, org design, and growth initiatives; monitor progress and remove bottlenecks
• Drive Austin office growth as a strategic hub, aligning across businesses and functions
• Lead business management processes: reviews, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
• Manage leadership cadence, meeting prep, agenda shaping, and follow-ups for senior leaders
• Partner to define culture and people initiatives to build a connected, effective team in Austin
• Engage with the local leadership to promote community presence and stakeholder alignment
• Execute special projects and ad-hoc requests for senior management
