Responsibilities

• Oversee installation operations across the Austin market.
• Lead and support a team of 25+ technicians and field personnel.
• Support execution across all home improvement packages.
• Partner with the current Service Manager to help oversee the service department.
• Coordinate installers and subcontractors to support quality and customer satisfaction.
• Review inventory tracking and procurement processes.
• Help maintain strong communication between operations, field teams, and customers.
• Support scheduling, problem-solving, and day-to-day operational execution.
