Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an onsite desktop support and field services technician to assist employees at clinics and offices in Austin, TX. You will resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues while delivering excellent customer service, acting as the primary IT contact for assigned sites.

Travel between locations, imaging and deploying devices, and AD management are core duties. The role requires a 2+ year background in IT hardware/software maintenance, familiarity with Windows

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of computer/hardware/software maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop support at clinics and offices.
• Serve as the primary IT contact for designated sites and troubleshoot issues.
• Deploy, image, install, and maintain hardware and software; manage AD accounts.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and end-user applications.
• Occasionally provide after-hours on-call support; travel between locations as needed.
