You will assist with the computer/docking station refresh, imaging, computer replacement, and data migration. Windows 11 experience is helpful but not required.

This position requires strong customer service and the ability to move up to 30 lbs, with a high school diploma or equivalent. The assignment is 100% onsite and emphasizes reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience handling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.
• Experience maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
• Experience providing technical assistance and support for applications and hardware problems.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and relocate 30 lbs.
• Experience using WordPerfect and MS Office Suite; working knowledge of Windows OS.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of information security policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in imaging and migrating data for the computer refresh project.
• Imaging, replacing computers, and moving hardware as part of the rollout.
• Provide day-to-day hardware and software support and testing.
