Qualifications

• 4–6 years related experience or 10+ years professional experience.
• Working knowledge of construction industry.
• Strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to make decisions under deadlines.
• Experience leading pursuits and network of clients in the Austin area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategies to secure new opportunities and prioritize leads.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Leads pursuit strategy and proposal efforts. Monitor and track opportunities in CRM system.
• Prepares and coaches teams for presentations.
• Represents company at industry events. Strengthens customer and community relationships.
• Promotes culture and staff development. Captures feedback and tracks performance.
