ARCO/Murray National Construction in Austin, TX is seeking a driven Business Development & Sales professional to build new client relationships in the Austin market and beyond. You will have a proven sales track record in process engineering or construction, and understand planning, design, and construction phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Design, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of technical sales experience in construction/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
• Create and expand ARCO’s footprint and establish top-of-mind awareness.
• Research economic factors influencing market activity in Austin and other markets.
• Attend trade shows and association meetings to stay informed and build relationships.
• Provide progress updates on new business development activities to ARCO management.
• Help develop and manage the sales plan and coordinate the sales/proposal process.
