Job summary

TBG Partners in Austin seeks a Regional Business Development Manager to build long-term relationships with private developers, architects, engineers, contractors, public entities, and decision-makers shaping Austin's built environment.

Working with TBG's Principals and Client Development team, you will position the firm for opportunities, align with clients and projects, and contribute to a vibrant, resilient Austin through strategic relationship-building.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in business development, client relations, or a client-facing role in commercial real estate, design, or A/E/C
• Established network in Austin's commercial development ecosystem with developers, architects, engineers, contractors, or municipal contacts
• Familiarity with landscape architecture, urban design, planning, or the built environment is a plus; CRM tools experience helpful

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen strategic relationships with private developers, architects, engineers, contractors, public agencies, and P3 partners across the Austin metro region
• Serve as TBG's primary ambassador in the Austin market, well-connected across the Urban Mixed-Use, Civic, and Community sectors
• Coordinate with Principals and Client Development to guide proposals, RFQs, and RFPs
• Monitor market dynamics and provide insights to refine engagement strategy
