Job summary

Verto People Ltd. in Austin, TX is seeking a Branch Manager/Operations Manager/Regional Manager to lead the Austin branch of a leading commercial electrical contractor.

You will oversee project delivery from pre-construction to completion, manage budgets and profitability, and drive growth in the region. The role requires deep commercial electrical experience and proven leadership capabilities, based in Austin, Texas.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience within commercial electrical construction.
• Proven leadership experience within an electrical contractor, electrical subcontractor, or commercial construction environment.
• Experience overseeing multiple commercial electrical projects, teams, and operational functions.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, construction processes, and project delivery.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, job costing, and profitability management.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for branch operations across the Austin market.
• Oversee the successful delivery of commercial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Manage project performance, schedules, budgets, profitability, and client expectations.
• Lead and support Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and field teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Review and manage financial performance, including job costing, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and operational performance.
• Partner with executive leadership on business planning, growth initiatives, and market expansion.
