Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead a busy Texas branch. You will direct daily operations, manage budgets and labor, and drive growth while upholding safety, quality, and service standards. As a senior leader, you will develop the team, build strong customer and vendor relationships, and work with HR, procurement, and project teams to align with strategy and profitability goals.

This role requires a hands-on, results-driven approach. Location: Round Rock, TX.

Qualifications

8-12+ years of progressive leadership and operations experience.
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams in a field service environment.
Strong focus on safety, compliance, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily branch operations, including admin, warehouse, and service activities.
Lead, coach, and assess branch personnel to meet performance goals.
Set priorities aligned with budgets, productivity, and standards.
Manage branch financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
Monitor staffing, capacity, and resource allocation.
Engage with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
Partner with HR to plan workforce and succession.
Drive local business development and customer retention.
Maintain safety culture and regulatory compliance.
