Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership capacity within commercial construction or development.
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L across multiple sites or projects.
- Proven track record of driving business development and expanding territory.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple active commercial construction project sites.
- Own branch Profit & Loss (P&L) across a multisite portfolio.
- Drive territory expansion and market share growth through strategic business development.
