Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience within commercial electrical construction.
• Proven leadership experience within an electrical contractor, electrical subcontractor, or commercial construction environment.
• Experience overseeing multiple commercial electrical projects, teams, and operational functions.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, construction processes, and project delivery.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, job costing, and profitability management.

Branch Manager/ Operations Manager/ Regional Manager required to join a leading commercial electrical contractor based in Austin, Texas.

The successful Branch Manager/ Operations Manager/ Regional Manager will join an established commercial electrical contractor, taking responsibility for the overall leadership, operational performance, and continued growth of the Austin branch. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced electrical construction professional who can oversee project delivery, develop teams, manage financial performance, and drive operational excellence across the region.

The Branch Manager/ Operations Manager/ Regional Manager will oversee all commercial electrical construction projects throughout the Austin market, managing operations from pre-construction through completion while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably. Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Field Leadership, Owners, General Contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, the successful candidate will provide strategic direction and ensure the successful execution of projects across the region.
