Peyton Resource Group is seeking an experienced Senior Branch Manager to lead the Austin-area branch as its own business unit, overseeing operations, administration, warehouse activities, customer service, staffing, productivity, profitability, and growth.

The role requires a hands-on, established Austin-based leader who knows the local market and can build relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to drive retention and expansion.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of progressive experience within operations, branch management, construction, industrial, logistics, service, or related business management.
• Experience within electrical contracting, construction, industrial, or service-related environments.
• Previous leadership experience overseeing branch operations, workforce performance, financial performance, budgets, and overall operational execution.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, labor management, forecasting, cost control, profitability, and WIP reporting.
• Experience supporting organizational growth, operational scaling, and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Must be comfortable building and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and local business partners.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, scheduling/operational technology platforms

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the Austin-area branch location as its own business unit.

The Branch Manager will function as the primary leader, overseeing the branch's overall performance, including operations, administrative functions, warehouse activities, customer service, staffing, productivity, profitability, and business growth.

This individual will also be responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, employee development, coaching, performance management, workforce planning, accountability, leadership development, succession planning, and retention.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, established Austin-based leader who understands the local market and can leverage relationships to support customer retention, business development, and continued branch growth.

• 8-12+ years of progressive experience within operations, branch management, construction, industrial, logistics, service, or related business management.


• Experience within electrical contracting, construction, industrial, or service-related environments.
