Responsibilities

• Own Time-to-Value: drive every onboarding from kickoff to go-live.
• Run the Onboarding Factory: use standardized onboarding plans for faster go-lives.
• Configure & Test: set up customer accounts and validate workflows.
• Map the Flows: analyze configurations and relationships across systems.
• Collaborate with solution architects and product team on complex cases.
• Escalate product gaps by documenting customer challenges for the product team.
