Job summary

Encore seeks a Technician to set up and operate small-scale audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting. You will ensure smooth event execution, assist guests on site, and handle equipment functionality with a focus on service quality.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting basics, coordinating with clients, and completing paperwork accurately. A high school diploma is required, and AV experience plus a valid driver's license are preferred for internal growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver's license required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment.
• Exceed client and hotel guest expectations and maintain positive relationships.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues; handle equipment changes timely and professionally.
• Complete orders and paperwork accurately; coordinate with vendors and clients as needed.
