Job summary

BetterCloud in Oklahoma City is seeking an Auction Coordinator to monitor and coordinate the preparation and sale of customer vehicles through the auction process. You will ensure vehicles cross the block on sale day, resolve service issues, and educate dealers on Auction options.

The role requires strong communication, automotive knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to organize, troubleshoot, and maintain high customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Effective communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment.
• Automotive knowledge/experience a MUST.
• Computer skills, including ability use Internet and MS Office (Excel a must).
• Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment.
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills required.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate vehicle preparation and sale activities to meet customer expectations.
• Communicate with lane, department managers, market sales team, and coordinators to ensure vehicles cross the auction block on sale day.
• Provide direct communications link to customers to meet expectations and resolve issues.
• Educate dealers on Auction products and services.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems.
• Serve as liaison between customers, sales teams, and location personnel to maintain service levels.
• Review sale line-up, locate missing vehicles, and coordinate with customers/operations for sale readiness.
