America’s Auto Auction – Birmingham is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to help coordinate weekly Lease/Bank and Damaged & Disabled sales while supporting auction operations from start to finish. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys cross-department collaboration with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficient in basic computer applications.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking; valid driver's license; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly sale day operations and vehicle sale preparation.
• Enter and maintain vehicle, pricing, and inventory data in systems.
• Verify vehicle files, sale eligibility, and supporting docs.
• Collaborate with Title Department to obtain paperwork.
• Investigate discrepancies and reconcile sale information.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams about schedules.
• Support accounting with post-sale invoicing and balancing.
• Assist with reports and special projects as needed.
